Download “GT541Setup_32bit” on your PC and extract it. Then move out “GT541Setup” folder from the zip folder (with “zipped-folder” icon). Read “3-3. Preparing Your PC” in Instruction Manual (it is in [ Brother GT-Tools ] of your PC) and follow the instructions.

Download “GT541Setup_64bit.zip” on your PC and extract it. Then move out “GT541Setup” folder from the zip folder (with “zipped-folder” icon). Read “3-3. Preparing Your PC” in Instruction Manual (it is in [ Brother GT-Tools ] of your PC) and follow the instructions.

This application is for updating firmware to ver. 4.06.

Download the “GT-541Update4.06.exe” on your PC and run by doubleclick. The wizard will start. Read carefully the indications there and update GT-541. It may take several minutes to update the firmware.

Attention! Be sure to Upgrade your GT-541 now!

GT-541 ver. 4.06 is mainly designed to display 5 languages on the Control Panel. Additionally the confirmation to exchange the wiper cleaner and to clean the caps/wiper appears when the new black ink cartridge is inserted. If you are the owner of the former versions (especially under 2.00), please upgrade now because the main board may be damaged in the long run.

This application is for collecting your log data to catch the causes of your troubles. Download the “GTGetLog.exe” on your PC and run by doubleclick. The wizard will start. Read carefully the indications there. When necessary, we hope not, get your GT-541 log file and send it to [email protected]

The initial updated manual is in English, even if you have installed in German, French, Spanish or Italian. Download the PDF files of Instruction Manual and Basic Manual then overwrite in the folder below (where the system drive is “C”):
